titled, an Act to repeal the Act of 1866, chapter 93, relating
to a patent for a tract of land in Allegany county called "St.
Barts;"

Mr. Aydelott, from a Select Committee, made a minority re-
port upon a bill entitled, an Act to authorzie the board of School
Commissioners of Worcester county, to appropriate money out
of the Free School Fund of said county, towards building
school houses and for other purposes;

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Education.

Mr. Clarke, from Select Committee reported favorably a bill
entitled, an Act to release to William Watson and Thomas
Watson, all the right and interest of the State of Maryland,
in and to the personal estate of Michael M. Mitchell, late of
Baltimore county, deceased;
