Mr. Henkle, from the Committee on Internal Improvements
submitted the following
REPORT:
The Committee on Internal Improvements, to which was
referred a bill to change the appropriation of thirteen thou-
sand dollars, made to the Choptank and Mispillion Rail Road
Company, by an Act of 1860, and appropriate the same to
the Dorchester and Delaware Rail Road Company, "would re-
spectfully represent, that since having reported favorably
upon the above named bill, they have received such addition-
al information as to satisfy them that further legislation upon
this subject is inexpedient at the present time. They there-
fore respectfully request permission to withdrraw said bill
from the files of the Senate.

tled, an Act to add a new section to the Article eight of the
Code of Public Local Laws, relating to the powers of the
President and Commissioners of the village of Port Deposit,
Which was read the second time and ordered to be engross-
ed for a third reading.
Mr. Spates, from the Select Committee, to which was re-
ferred the bill entitled, a supplement to an Act entitled, an
Act to incorporate the Spruce Hill Coal Company, passed
January Session, 1865, chapter 77;
