Also, the bill, entitled an Act, to repeal the Act of 1866,
chapter 93, relating to a patent for a tract of land in Alle-
gany county, called St. Barts ;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

Mr. Henkle, from the Committee on Internal Improvements,
to which was referred the bill, entitled an Act, to authorize
the Baltimore Steam Packet Company, to issue bonds and
increase their capital stock to the amount of their expendi-
tures ;
Reported it without amendment,
