On motion of Mr. Lankford,

Leave was granted the Committee on the Judiciary to in-
troduce a bill entitled, an Act to restore to full citizenship
William Calder of the city of Baltimore,

On motion of Mr. Stevens,

Leave was granted the Committee on Corporations to report
a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Baltimore Soapstone
Company.

On motion of Mr. Morgan,

Leave was granted Montgomery and St. Mary's County
delegations to report a bill to allow mileage to the Ttustees of
the Almshouse, in St. Mary's county, to and from their home
when on duty ;

On motion of Mr. Pitts,

Leave was granted the Committee on Claims to report a
bill to refund to the representative of the personal estate of
Josiah Showell, late of Worcester county, deceased, forty-
three dollars and twenty-two cents, erroneously paid into the
Treasury by said deceased ;

Also, leave to report a bill to repeal the first section of the
Act of 1864, chapter 309, entitled, an Act to add new sections
to the 22d Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of Wor-
cester county, for the protection of partridges, and re-enact
the same with amendment;

On motion of Mr. Spicer,

Leave was granted the Committee on Education to intro-
duce a bill entitled, an Act to authorize the payment of back
funds to Abingdon Academy, of Harford county.

On motton of Mr. Appleman,

Leave was granted Washington Couuty delegation to intro-
duce a bill to incorporate the Boonsboro Cemetery Associa-
tion.

On motion of Mr. Magruder,

Leave was granted Committee on Claims to report a bill for
the relief of Judson F. Richardson, former Sheriff of Prince
George's county, for services rendered and expenses in the
execution of Registrations.

On motion of Mr. Magruder;

The leave asked by him yesterday evening, which was re-
ferred to the Committee on the Judiciary, was referred to the
Committee on Claims.
