of William St. John Pheasants Wingfield:

Mr. Vickers, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedin gs,
to which was referred the bill, entitled an Act, to add an addi-
tional Section to Article four of the Code of Public Local
Laws of the city of Baltimore, entitled "Orphans Court;"

The bill was read the second time.

Mr. Vickers, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
to which was referred the bill, entitled an Act, to change
the name of Richard Dodson, of the city of Baltimore, to
Richard Stearns Dodson;

Reported it without amendment,

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Vickers, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
to which was referred the bill, entitled an Act, to change the
name of George Case Peterson, to George Peterson ;

to which was referred the bill, "entitled an Act, to declare the
sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland, to the bequest
of Caroline S. Newman, late of Queen Ann's county, de-
ceased, to the Stewards of the Methodist Episcopal Church in
Centreville, in said county;

Reported it without amendment,
The bill was then read a second time.

Mr. Vickers, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
to which was referred the bill, entitled an Act, to declare the
sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland to the bequest
of Margaret Newman, late of Queen Ann's county, deceased,
to the Methodist Episcopal Church, in said county;
