On motion of Mr. Whiteford,
The rules being considered as yet further suspended,

Ordered, That Mr. Whiteford be grantee a leave of absence
for three days to visit his home.

On motion of Mr. Dennis,
The rules being considered as yet further suspended,

Leave was granted the Somerset and Dorchester Delega-
tions, to report a bill entitled, an Act to repeal sections 2, 3
and 4 of chapter 181, passed at January session in the year
1865, entitled, an Act to repeal article 71 of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, entitled, oysters, regulating the catching
of oysters within the waters of this Slate, and to re-enact the
same with amendments thereto.

On motion of Mr. Clarke,

The rules were suspended,

And the House took up for consideration,

The bill entitled, an Act to authorize the Baltimore Steam
Packet Company to issue bonds and increase their capitol
stock to the amount of their expenditures;

Said bill being upon its third reading,
The bill was then read a third time and passed by yeas and
nays as follow .
