The yeas and nays were ordered,

Pending the call of the roll, it appearing that no quorum
being present, and voting,

Mr. Smith moved a call of the House,
On motion of Mr. Smith,

The Doorkeeper was sent to notify the absent Members,
and require their attendance.

During the absence of the Doorkeeper,

Article 75, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled,
Pleadings, Practice and Process, and to add a new section to
said Article, so as to better provide for the removal of
causes; reported unfavorably from the Committee on Judici-
ary;

Being upon its second reading ;

On motion of Mr. Williams,
The enacting clause was stricken out.

The bill entitled, an Act supplementary to an Act entitled,
"an Act to repeal the 10th section of Article 11, of the Code
of Public General Laws, relating to Attorney, and to enact
a substitute therefor;
