Being upon its second reading,

On motion of Mr. Knott,
The enacting clause was stricken out.

The bill entitled, an Act to add new sections to Article 28,
of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to costs, to come
in after section 9, in said Article;

Which was reported unfavorably from Committee on Judi-
ciary.

Being upon its second reading.
On motion of Mr. Williams,
The enacting clause was stricken out.

The bill entitled, an Act to provide for the selection draw-
ing and summoning of Juries in the several counties, and pre-
scribing their qualifications;

Being upon its second reading ;
On motion of Mr. Neilson,

Further consideration thereof was postponed until Thursday,
14th February.

The bill entitled, an Act to repeal chapter 13, passed
March 18th, 1865, entitled, an Act to repeal the 9th section
of Article 38 of the Code of Public General Laws, relating
to fees of officers and to enact a substitute therefor;

Reported unfavorably from Committee on the Judiciary .
Being upon its second reading ;

On motion of Mr. Knott,
The enacting clause was stricken out.

Mr. Thomas, (the rules being suspended,)

Reported favorably from Select Committee, a bill entitled,
an Act to repeal section 39, Article 20 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, entitled, Talbot county, and to re-enact the same,

Which was read the first time.
On motion of Mr. Buhrman,
The rules being further suspended;

Ordered, That tho Comptroller furnish this House with a
statement showing the amount of revenue paid into the State
Treasury from Baltimore city, and from each of the several
counties of the State for the years 1865 and 1866.

The bill entitled, an Act to change the name of Richard
Dodson, of the City of Baltimore, to Richard Stearns Dod-
son;
