First Baptist Church of Baltimore from taxation on certain
stock therein mentioned.

The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Maryland Fire,
Life and Accident Insurance Company of Allegany county.

The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Big Hunting
Creek Mining and Iron Manufacturing Company of Frederick

County.

The bill entitled, an Act to appropriate an additional sum of
money for the more speedy publication of volumes 23 and 24
of the Maryland Reports.

The bill entitled, an Act to authorize Nicholas Hammond,
administrator of Nicholas H. Green, late Clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court for Anne Arundel county, to complete the unfin-
ished records and business in said office and to collect the fees
due to said Green.

The bill entitled, an Act to repeal an Act, passed at Janu-
ary session, 1866, entitled an Act to repeal the 43d and 44th
sections of Article 6 of the Public Local Laws for Caroline
county, relating to the Circuit Court for said county and to
re-enact the same.

The bill entitled, an Act to pay Augustus Gassaway and
Robert Vinton Clayton, a sum of money for services rendered
in removing, rewrapping and rearranging papers and records
belonging to the office of the clerk of the Court of Appeals of
Maryland;

The bill entitled, an Act to repeal Article 80 of the Code
of Public General Laws, entitled, "State Reporter," and re-
enacting the same with amendments;

The bill entitled, an Act prohibiting the sale of spirituous
liquors in the several counties, of the State on the day of
Elections (contained in chapter 191, January Session, 1865,
and re-enact the same to read as follow:

The bill entitled, an Act to relieve the Security of Philip
Drum of New Orleans;

The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Maryland Slate
Company;

The bill entitled, an Act to authorise the Commissioners of
the Land Office, to make such correction in the courses or
outlines of the tract of land in Allegany county, called "Re-
public" both in the original certificate of survey and in the
patent thereof as shall make the same correspond with the
original plat on file in said office;

Were severally read a second time, and ordered to be engross-
ed for a third reading.
