Also, reported unfavorably on the leave to introduce a bill
entitled an Act, to exempt the building situate on Pratt
street, in the city of Baltimore, belonging to and used by
Thomas Wildey, Lodge No. 44, Independent Order of Odd
Fellows, from State and Federal taxes.

Mr. Baker from the Committee on Elections, made the fol-
lowing minority report,

Which was read and ordered to be printed.

Mr. Clarke, Chairman of Committee on Claims, reported
favorably, without amendment, the Senate Bill, entitled an
Act, to provide for the payment of officers of registration of
this State, their officers and expenses ;

Which was read a second time.

Also, A bill entitled, an Act to authorise the payment of
bounty to William Wecker or his order;

Also, an Act to refund to Singleton L. Townshend of Al-
legany county, Maryland, a certain sum of money erroneously
paid into the State Treasury;

Also, a bill entitled, an Act to authorise Grayson Eichel-
berger, State Bounty Commissioner of Frederick county, to
pay Ezra S. Karns, certain bounty;
Which were severally read a first time.

Mr. Boswell from the Committeee on Corporations, reported
favorably a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Worcester
and Somerset Railroad Company;

Also, a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the President
and Directors of the Chesapeak Mutual Insurance Company
of Baltimore, Maryland.

Mr. Dawson from the Committee on Registration, reported
favorably a bill entitled, an Act to repeal the Act of eighteen
hundred and sixty-five, chapter one hundred and seventy-
four, entitled, an Act relating to the registration of the voters
of the State, and to re-enact other provisions relative to the
registration of voters in lieu thereof;

Mr. Hall from a select Committee, reported favorably a bill
entitled, an Act to amend sections 2 and 24 of the Act of
1865, chapter 181, relating to oysters;

Mr. Jones from the Select Committee, repored favorably a
bill entitled, an Act authorising Theadore W. Baker, to build
a bridge across Kings Creek in Somerset county;

Mr. Parsons from the Select Committee, reported favorably
a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate Wicomico Lodge No. 91,
of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons;

Mr. Lindsey from the Select Committee, reported favorably
