tral Rail Road Company being under consideration,

Mr. Tome submitted the following amendment ;

Section 1, line 18, strike out all after the word "given,"
and insert "30 days notice in two daily newspapers of Balti-
more city;"

Mr. Tome moved to postpone the further consideration of
the bill until Wednesday next, the 20th inst.
