The bill was then read a second time.

The bill entitled, an Act to amend the 15th Article of the
Code of Public Local Laws entitled, Montgomery county, re-
lating to the powers of the Commissioners of the town of
Rockville,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading, and

Was accordingly engrossed.

The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Cecil and Har-
ford counties Boom Company, being under consideration ;

Mr. Stephenson moved to postpone the bill, and make it
the order of the day for Tuesday next, the 19th instant;

On the question being put, it was

Determined in the affirmative by yeas and nays as follow:

Was accordingly engrossed.

The bill entitled, an Act to refund to L. T. Hyatt a cer-
tain sum of money erroneously paid into the Treasuary,
