202 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Feb. 13,

The Senate proceeded to the consideration ol Executive
Business.

After a time the Senate resumed the consideration of Legis-
lative Business.

On motion by Mr. Bowie,
Leave of absence was granted to Mr. Frazier.

On motion by Mr. Waters,
The Senate adjourned until to-morrow at 12 o'clock, M.

WEDNESDAY, February 13, 1867.

Mr. Bowie presented the memorial of William Clarke and
40 other citizens of Baltimore, against any change in the
charter of the Baltimore and Potomac Rail Road Company;

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Internal
Improvements.

Mr. Bowie presented the memorial of W. T. James and
others of Baltimore city, against any change in the charter
of the Baltimore and Potomac Rail Road Company;

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Internal
Improvements.

Mr. Bowie presented the memorial of George Deal and 30
other citizens, of Prince George's county, against any change
in the charter of the Baltimore and Potomac Rail Road Com-
pany;

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Inter-
nal Improvements.

Mr. Bowie presented the memorial of Doctor Scott and 40
citizens of Prince George's county, against any change in the
charter of the Baltimore and Potomac Rail Road Company;

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Inter-
nal Improvements.

Mr. Bowie presented the memorial of Col. P. B. Stilson
and 70 citizens of Prince George's, Anne Arundel, Howard
and Montgomery counties, against any change in the charter
of the Baltimore and Potomac Rail Road Company;

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Internal
Improvements.
