On motion of Mr. Boswell,

It was postponed, and the House resumed consideration of
the bill returned from the Senate entitled, an Act to repeal
the fourth, seventh, fifteenth, sixteenth and twentieth sections
of the fourth Article of the Public Local Laws of the city of
Baltimore, relative to the qualification of Electors in said
city, and regulating the time for holding elections for Mayor
and Members of the City Council, and the terms of and the
times for entering upon the duties of said office, and to enact
the same with proposed amendments;

And the bill as amended was then passed by yeas and nays
