cle 3d of the Public Local Laws entitled, "Baltimore county,"
relating to roads and bridges.

The bill entitled, an Act appropriating a sum of money to
pay Daniel R. Magruder, Circuit Judge, of the 2d Judicial
Circuit, for arrears of salary due him, and for costs in the
Circuit Court for Anne Arundel county, and in the Court of
Appeals.

The bill entitled, an Act authorizing the Trustees of the
2d Universalist Society of the city of Baltimore, to sell a lot
therein mentioned.

The bill entitled, an Act to release all claims to an interest
of the State, in certain land in Somerset county, and to vest
the same in the surviving children and grand-children of
Titus Davy, a person of color, late of said county, deceased.

Were severally read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Farmer's and
Mechanic's Mutual Insurance Company of Washington

county;

Being upon its second reading was,

Upon motion of Mr. Appleman,

Recommitted to the Washington county delegation.

The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the .Marine Rail-
way and Manufacturing Company,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

A bill entitled an Act to extend and continue in force the
charter of the Manchester Savings Institution, was read the
second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate Corsica
Lodge number 118, of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons, of
Queen Anne's county, was read a third time and passed, by
yeas and nays as follow :
