On motion of Mr. Thomas,

The rules being suspended,

Ordered, That when this House adjourns, it stands ad-
journed until to-morrow morning at 10 o'clock.

The Secretary of the Senate delived the Senate bill entitled,
an Act to confirm the proceedings of commissioners, appointed
by Worcester county court, to divide the real estate of Wheat-
ley Dennis, late of Worcester county, deceased;

Which was read first time, and referred to Committee on
the Judiciary.

The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Chester Fruit
Packing Company;

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

The bill entitled, an Act to provide for calling a Conven-
tion to frame a new Constitution and form of Government
for the State of Maryland;

Was taken up for consideration on its "second reading.
Mr. Gorsuch moved the following:

Strike out " on the second Wednesday of April next," and
insert, "at the next election for members of the General As-
sembly," in line 2, section 1.

Pending the consideration of which,
On motion of Mr. Thomas,

The bill to enfranchise all person deprived of the elective
franchise by the present Constitution,

Was made the order of the day to-morrow, at one o'clock.

On motion of Mr. Jones,
The House adjourned until to-morrow 10 o'clock.
