Amend title as follows :
An Act, to repeal the seventy-fourth section of the thirty-
fifth Article of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
the election of the United States Senator, by inserting in 3d
Hoe, after the word ''Senator," the following words, "and to
enact another provision in lieu thereof.
Which was adopted.
Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
