Maryland Life Insurance Company of Baltimore, and to re-en-
act in lieu thereof, sections 8,12, 13, 14,15,16, 17 and 18, as
within recited;
Reported it with the following amendments:
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
After the word sections, and before the words "section 8,"
insert the following ;
"Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sections eight, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen,
sixteen, seventeen, eighteen and nineteen, of an Act to incor-
porate the Maryland Life Insurance Company of Baltimore,
passed at the session of eighteen hundred and sixty-four,
chapter three hundred and sixty-two (362,) be and the same
are hereby repealed, and the following sections numbered
eight, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen
and eighteen, re-enacted in lieu thereof."
After the words "section 8," insert: "And be it enacted."
After the words "section 12," insert: "And be it enacted."
After the words "section 13," insert: "And be it enacted."
After the words "section 14," insert: "And be it enacted."
After the words "section 15," insert: "And be it enacted."
After the words "section 16," insert: "And be it enacted."

Mr. Stephenson from the Select Committee reported a bill
entitled, an Act to refund to Isaac Amos late Sheriff of Har-
ford county, a certain sum of money erroneously paid into the
State Treasury,
Which was read the first time.
Mr. Henkle, from the Committee on Internal Improvements,
reported a bill entitled, an Act te repeal the Act of 1860,
chapter 359, which incorporates the Baltimore and Little Gun
Pcwdar Falls Turnpike Company, and to incorporate in the
stead thereof, the Baltimore and Kingsville Turnpike Com-
pany;
Which was read the first time.
Mr. Henkle, from the Committee on Internal Improvements
to which was referred the bill entitled, an Act to secure the
completion of the Dorchester and Delaware Rail Road;
Reported it without amendment,
