Ordered, That the Speaker of this House cause registers to
be placed in the Post office and Committee Rooms of this
House.
On motion of Mr, Ford,
Ordered, That it be entered upon the Journal that Mr.
Hutchins, of Baltimore county, had he been present, would
have voted aye upon the resolution introduced by Mr. Bos-
well of Baltimore city, relating to President Johnson and
Governor Swann.

Ordered, That the name of George P. Whitaker, who
was absent yesterday when the vote was taken on the res-
olution endorsing the policy and course of Andrew Johnson,
