Mr. Stevens moved to reconsider the vote by which the
order directing the Librarian to furnish the same stationery
to the members of the present House of Delegates as was fur-
nished the last, was rejected.

The question being on the adoption of the order,

The oath of office was again administered by the Speaker
to the Chief Clerk of the House, owing to objections made
that the officers were qualified before the members were
elected.

On motion of Mr. Boswell,
