National Bank of Annapolis.
On motion of Mr. Stevens,

Leave was granted the Committee on Claims to report a bill
to equalize the bounties of the Maryland soldiers and sailors
who volunteered in 1861, 1862 and 1863.

The following message was received from the Executive, at
the hands of Peter Leary, Esq., Private Secretary:

STATE OF MARYLAND,

EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT,

ANNAPOLIS, January 7th, 1867.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

In response to the request contained in an order of your
honorable body, of the 4th inst., I herewith transmit the
returns of the election for Delegates to the General Assembly,
held in the city of Baltimore on the 6th day of November
last, as also the returns of the elections held in the various
counties of the State on the same day for the same purpose.

On motion of Mr. Pitts,

Leave was granted the Committee on Internal Improve-
ments to report a bill entitled, an Act to secure the comple-
tion of the Wicomico and Pocomoke Railroad.

bill entitled, an Act to change the name of John Wesley

boat Company.
