entitled, an Act to provide for correcting the list of qualified
voters by adding thereto the names of citizens of this State,
who have been restored their full rights of citizenship ;

After the word "session," 10th line, insert "and by also
correcting said lists of Registration, where parties have re-
moved from one ward to another since the last registration ;"
