On motion of Mr. Vickers, it was
Ordered, That his Excellency, the Governor, be requested
to furnish to the Senate the names of such persons as were
appointed by Governor A. W. Bradford, to the office of Jus-
tice of the Peace in the several counties and city of Baltimore,
and whose appointments were vacated by decision of the
Court of Appeals, designating the counties or city, for which
said persons were appointed.
Mr. Young, from the Committee on Printing, submitted
the following
REPORT:
The Joint Committee on Printing, respectfully report, that
they have contracted with H. M. Murray for indexing, ar-
ranging, &c., the laws of the present session of the General
Assembly, for the sum of two hundred dollars, to be paid
when the work is completed.

REPORT:
The Joint Committee on Printing, respectfully report, with
the assent of the Senate, that they have contracted with Hen-
ry Aisquith to make an index of the Public Documents for
the years 1861, (Special Session) 1861, 1862, 1864, 1865,
1866, and the present session of 1867, and to supervise the
proof sheets of the same for the sum of three hundred dollars,
to be paid for when completed.

The bill entitled, an Act to amend the Act of 1856, chap-
ter 257, entitled, an additional supplement to the Act enti-
tled, an Act incorpoting the Masters and Wardens of Clinton
Lodge number 83, of the Free and Accepted Masons,
Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
