A bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 3 of article 93 of
the Code of Public General Laws. passed March 24th, 1865,
('entitled, "Testamentary Laws," to come in after section 328
of said article, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments;
A bill entitled, a supplement to an Act entitled, an Act to
incorporate Die president and directors or' the Maryland Fire
Insurance Company of Baltimore, Man-land, passed at
tile January Session eighteen hundred and fifty-eight;
A bill entitled, an Act to extend the time prescribed by the
52d section of the 26th article of the Code of Public General
Laws, tor the payment of the whole capital subscribed to
the Gaehle's Piano Manufacturing company of the city
of Baltimore, incorporated on the 29th of March, 1864, under
the provisions of' the Code of Public General Laws, by an
amendment of act of incorporation;
A hill entitled, an Act to restore William Thompson, of
R., of Montgomery county, Stephen H. Bradley, of Queen
Anne's county and Theodore P. Harrison, of Baltimore
city, to the elective franchise and full rights of citizen-
ship;
A bill entitled, an Act to appropriate a sum of money
to pay J. H. Emmerson, R. K. Wimbrough, R. P. Bay-
ly, J. T. Hand, Haiverstick & Longneckhers, and others;
A bill entitled, an Act to aid in the re-organization of
St. John's College;
A bill entitled, an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay Capt. Jesse W. Lee, Perley R. Lovejoy and J. W. Jor-
don, assignee of Henry Powles, expenses incurred in regis-
tering soldiers votes;
A bill entitled, an Act to amend an Act entitled, an Act
to incorporate the Dime Savings Bank of Baltimore;
A bill entitled, an Act to repeal sections 72, 73, 74, 75,
76, 77, 7S, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83; 84 and 87, of article one of
the Code of Public Local Laws of vol. 2, title "Allegany
county," and re-enact the same with amendments;
Severally endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."
Also, the House bill entitled, an Act to compensate Isaac: E.
Pearson, for services rendered as State's Attorney for Carroll
county; also, to refund to Joseph Logsdon, of E., certain
money erroneously paid into the Treasury, as collector for Al
legany county;
