So the question upon the adoption of the report of the ma-
jority of the committee was decided in the affirmative.
Mr. Soper, from the committee on Ways and Means, re-
ported favorably the Senate bill entitled, an Act requiring
the County Commissioners and the Register of the City of
Baltimore to report their respective proceedings, and settle
their accounts under the Bounty Acts of this State, and to
amount with the Comptroller, and to pay over to the Treas-
urer the balance due by them thereon severally, and also to
provide for the payment to claimants of bounty any unset-
tled claims due to them, and to amend the said Bounty Act.
Also, the Senate bill entitled, an Act to authorize the Gov-
ernor, Comptroller and Treasurer to sell two hundred shares,
