The report of the majority of the committee was read for
the information of the House.
On motion of Mr. Calvert,
The minority report was read.
The House took a recess to 7 1/2 o'clock, P. M.
WEDNESDAY7, February 7, 7 1/2 o'clock P. M., 1866.
The House met at 7 1/2 P, M.
