Cumberland;
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The bill entitled, an Act to repeal sections 2 and 3 of an
Act passed January Session, 186,";, chapter 49, entitled, an
Act to aid and encourage enlistments into the Maryland
Regiments in service of the United .States, passed 1864, chap-
ter 15, and to provide for the prompt payment of the boun-
ties therein specified, and to repeal section 4 of said Act, and
to re-enact the same, so as to make the bounties therein
specified payable to the widows and heirs of deceased sol-
diers;
"Was read the second time, by special order the third time,
