The bill entitled, an Act to amend the, 30th Article of the Code of Public General Laws, by repealing all the sections of said article from section 56 to section 66 inclusive, relat- ing to "Gaming," and so substitute therefor the following sections: Was taken up for consideration on its second reading ; Mr. Roberts moved to strike out the enacting clause of the bill; Mr. Tull demanded the yeas and nays; The demand being sustained; The yeas and nays were called and appeared as follow:
