The hour having arrived, the House took up for consider- ation the first order of the day: The bill entitled, an Act to restore Wm. Thompson, of R., to the elective franchise and lull right of citizenship. The bill being amended to include the names of G. W. Watkins, of Montgomery county, Lemuel Malone and T. F. J. Rider, of Somerset county, Stephen H. Bradley, of Cen- treville, Queen Anne's county and Theodore P. -Harrison, of Baltimore county; Was read the third time and rejected, for want of a consti- tutional majority, by yeas and nays as follow:
