Practice and Process," and to amend the 74th and 75th sections of said article, relating to the removal of causes; Which was read the second time and ordered to he en- grossed for a third reading. Also, favorably Senate bill entitled, an Act to declare the sanction of the General Assembly to the bequest of William W. Johnson, late of Somerset county, decease,.!, to the Vestry of Somerset Parish, in said county; Which was read the second time. On motion of Mr. Rider, The rules were suspended and the bill, by special order, read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
The said bill was then returned to the Senate. On motion of Mr. Rinehart, The vote by which the bill to prohibit the sale of liquor within three miles of Unionville, Frederick county, was lost, was reconsidered, and the bill passed by yeas and nays as follow: |
