the Baltimore and. Susquehana Steam Transportation com-
pany;

Gas Light company;

Also favorably Senate bill entitled, an Act to Incorporate
the Village of the Head of Sassafras, in Kent county, Md.;
Which was read the second time.
Also favorably, a bill entitled, an Act to Incorporate the
Washington and Point Lookout Railroad company;

Also, favorably Senate bill entitled, an Act to incorporate
the Worcester and Somerset Railroad Company;

Mr. McCauley, from the committee on the Judiciary, re-
ported unfavorably Senate hill entitled, an Act to repeal sec-
tion 3, article 9S, of the Code of Public General Laws; in so
far as it may relate to Anne Arundel county, and to repeal
section 211, of articled, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
and to re-enact the same with amendments;

Also, favorably Senate bill entitled, an Act to repeal the
43d and 44th sections of article 6, of the Code of Public
Local Laws for Caroline county, relating to the circuit court
for said county, and to re-enact the same with amendments
thereto;

committee of the Presbyterian Congregation of Pitt's Creek,
