Also favorably, a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Light Street Steamboat company of Baltimore; Which was read the first time. Also favorably, a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Baltimore Theatre and Opera House company; Which was read the first time. Also favorably, a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Cumberland Manufacturing company; Which was read the first time. Also favorably, a bill entitled, an Act to amend the Char- ter of the Town of Williamsport, Washington county, Mary- land; Which was read the first time.
