So the question was decided in the affirmative.
Mr. McCauley, from the committee on the Judiciary,
reported favorably the following bills:
An Act to repeal the second sub-section of an Act passed
on the second day of March, 1864, and to re-enact the same
with amendments;
An Act to change the name of George Frazier to that of
George Henry Pattison;
An Act to repeal sections forty-eight and forty-nine of are
tide five of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
appeals from county commissioners, and tore-enact the same-
with amendments,
An Act to repeal section three of article ninety, three of
the Code of Public General Laws, passed March 24, 1965,
entitled "Testamentary Laws" to come in after section 328 of
said article, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
An act to make valid the acts of George W. Ritter, a Jus-
tice of the Peace for Baltimore county, which were performed
by him as such Justice in the city of Baltimore.
An Act to amend and re-enact the second section of the act
passed on the 24th day of March, 1865, entitled, an Act
to provide for the registration of births, marriages and
deaths;
An Act to furnish duplicate discharges to all of Mary-
land's volunteers during the recent rebellion who may have
been deprived of the same, without any fault or negligence
on their part.
An Act prohibiting the sale of spiritous or fermented
liquors to any inmate of any almshouse of this State;
An Act to repeal section 74 of article 35 of the Code of
Public General Laws, in relation to the election of United
States Senator.
