Which was read and referred to the committee on Inspec-
tions.
Mr. Tull submitted the following order:
Ordered, That the Librarian he required to furnish the
two representitives of the Preys, on the floor of this .House,
with the same stationery as is furnished. the members and
officers;
Which was rejected.
Mr. Soper submitted the following order:
Ordered, That the Speaker of tins House appoint sin extra
page, whose duty shall be to attend. to the filing of the Jour-
nals and Bills of the members;
Which was rejected.
On motion of Mr. Wooden,
Ordered, That it be entered on the Journal that Oliver
Gill, folder to this House, is detained from the discharge of
his duties on account of 'indisposition.
On motion of Mr. Barron,
Ordered, That, the Librarian lie requested to furnish the
new members with the code and. supplement.
On motion of Mr. Robinson,
Leave was granted the Anne' Arundel county delegation to
report a bill to incorporate the Metropolis Lodge No. 17, of
the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of the city of An-
napolis.
On motion of Mr. Angel,
Leave was planted the committee on the Judiciary to report
a bill to repeal section ten and eleven of article thirty-seven
of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the pay of
witnesses, and re-enact the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Malone,
Leave was granted the committee on Internal .Improvements
to report a bill to secure the completion of the Eastern Shore
Railroad.
On motion of Mr. Sherry,
Leave was granted the Allegany county delegation to re-
port a bill authorizing the Commissioners of Allegany county
