On motion of Mr. Angel, Leave was planted the committee on the Judiciary to report a bill to repeal section ten and eleven of article thirty-seven of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the pay of witnesses, and re-enact the same with amendments. On motion of Mr. Malone, Leave was granted the committee on Internal .Improvements to report a bill to secure the completion of the Eastern Shore Railroad. On motion of Mr. Sherry, Leave was granted the Allegany county delegation to re- port a bill authorizing the Commissioners of Allegany county |
