Said bill was then sent to the Senate. On motion of Mr. Smith, of Dorchester, Ordered, That when this House adjourn to-day, it adjourn to meet on Monday, 22d inst., at 11 o'clock, A. M. The bill entitled, an Act to authorize the Commissioners of the town of Havre de Grace to sell a certain lot in said town; Was read the second time; and, Ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. On motion of Mr. Hopkins, The rules were suspended, the bill by special order, read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
