On motion of Mr. Miller, of Anne Arundel,
Leave was granted the committee on Corporations, to re-
port a bill to incorporate the Severn Hotel company in the
city of Annapolis.
The bill entitled, an Act to make valid and effectual the
acts of Charles R. Stewart, as commisioner in the division of
the real estate of Nicholas Forester;
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed .for
a third reading.
The bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 47, of article, of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany county, relating
to Deer, and to re-enact the same with amendments;
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The rules were suspended, and the bill by special order,
