1866.] OF THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES. 113 On motion of Mr. Miller, of Anne Arundel, Leave was granted the committee on Corporations, to re- port a bill to incorporate the Severn Hotel company in the city of Annapolis. The bill entitled, an Act to make valid and effectual the acts of Charles R. Stewart, as commisioner in the division of the real estate of Nicholas Forester; Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed .for a third reading. The bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 47, of article, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany county, relating to Deer, and to re-enact the same with amendments; Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. On motion of Mr. Smith, of Allegany, The rules were suspended, and the bill by special order, read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follow;
The said bill was then sent to the Senate. The bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 1 and 2, of chap- ter 71, passed 1864, entitled, an Act to add to the 41st, article of the Code of Public General Laws in relation to Fish and Fisheries, relating to the waters of the Potomac River, be- tween New Creek and Weaverton Dam; 10 |
