Mr. Everhart, from a Select committee, reported favorably an Act to incorporate the Farmers Mutual Fire Insurance company of Carroll county; Which was read the first time. Mr. Harris, from a Select committee, reported favorably an Act to repeal sections 798, 799, 802 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws, and to re-enact the same with amendments thereto, relating to the abatement of nuis- ances; Which was read the first time. Mr, Rinehart, from a Select committee, reported "favora- bly an Act to prohibit the issuing- of any license for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors within three miles of the village of Unionville, Frederick county, Md., and to prevent the sale of all kinds of intoxicating drinks within the above . described limits; Which was read the first time. Also, favorably an Act to allow Daniel Castle, of T., late Collector for Frederick county, further time to complete his collections; Which was read the first time. T! ie bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Southern Fast Freight company; Was read the second time; and, Ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. On motion of Mr. Jamison, The rules were suspended, the bill read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
