On motion of Mr. Rider,
Leave was granted the Sommerset and Worcester delegations
to report a bill to organize a new county out of the counties
of Somerset and Worcester.
On motion of Mr. Soper,
Leave was granted the committee on Corporations, to re-
port a bill entitled, a supplement to the Act entitled, an Act
to incorporate the Baltimore and Philadelphia Steamboat
company, passed at December Session 1843, chapter 158.
On motion of Mr. Smith, of Frederick,
Leave was granted the committee on the Judiciary, to re-
port a bill relating to the duties of Surveyors of Frederick
county,
On motion of Mr. Brown,
Leave was granted the Allegany county delegation, to re-
port a bill to amend, section 2, of chapter 99 of 1864, relating
to the town of Grantsville in Allegany county.
On motion of Mr. Jones,
Leave was granted the committee on Corporations, to re-
port a bill to incorporate the Insulated Lines Telegraph com-
pany.
On motion of Mr. Valliant,
Leave was granted the committee on Registration, to re-
port a bill enfranchizing Thomas A. Beastor.
On motion of Mr. Stewart,
Leave was granted the Howard county" delegation, to re-
port a bill to repeal section 74, of article 13, in the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled, "Howard county," and to re-enact
the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Usilton,
Leave was granted the committee on Corporations, to re-
port a bill to incorporate the Chestertown Packing company.
On motion of Mr. Miller, of Washington county,
Leave was granted the committee on Corporations, to re-
port a bill to amend the charter of the town of Williamsport,
Washington county.
On motion of Mr. Soper,
Leave was granted the committee on Corporations, to re-
port a bill entitled a supplement to the Act entitled, an Act
to incorporate the New York and Baltimore Transportation
Line, passed at the December Session 1817, chapter 112.
