Tuck and others, to modify article ninety-eight of General Law; Which was read and referred to the committee on Judicial Proceedings. Mr. Vickers presented the petition of citizens of Kent county; for the repeal of the registration law; Which was read; Mr. Trail moved to refer it to the committee on Elec- tions. Which was determined in the affirmative by yeas and nays as follow:
Mr. Davis, of Washington, presented the petition of citi- zens of Washington county, in favor of Lake Erie Railroad, Which was read and referred to the committee on Internal Improvements. Mr. Earle presented the petition of citizens of Queen Ann's county, asking the repeal of the Registry Law; On motion of Mr. Tome, It was referred to the committee on Elections, by yeas and nays as follow;
