WEDNESDAY, January 24, 1866.
Mr. Wells presented the petition of W. H. Tuck and
others, to modify article ninety-eight of General Law;
Which was read and referred to the committee on Judicial
Proceedings.
Mr. Vickers presented the petition of citizens of Kent
county; for the repeal of the registration law;
Which was read;
Mr. Trail moved to refer it to the committee on Elec-
tions.
Which was determined in the affirmative by yeas and nays
as follow:
