The bill entitled, an Act to prohibit the issuing of any
license for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors within
three miles of either of the churches in the village of Wolfs-ville, Frederick county, Maryland, and to prevent the sale of
all kinds of intoxicating drinks within the above described
limits;
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The bill entitled, an Act to add additional sections to chap-
ter 197 passed at the January session 1852, relating to Slaugh-
ter Creek Bridge in Dorchester county;

The bill entitled, an Act authorizing the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore to build a new City Hall;

Levi Yingling certain sums of money, erroneously paid into
the State Treasury;
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The bill entitled, an Act to authorize and require the
county commissioners of Frederick county to levy a sum of
money to rebuild two bridges across the Monocacy river;
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The bill entitled, an Act to refund a sum of money paid
into the State Treasury erroneously by John H. Bond, of
the fifth election district of Baltimore county;
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 310 of Article
11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Frederick
county," and to re-enact the same with amendment;
