Was read the second time and ordered to he engrossed for
a third. reading.
The hill entitled, an Act to prohibit the issuing of any li-
cense for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors within
three miles of cither of the churches in Mechenicstown, Fred-
erick county, Maryland., and to prevent the sale of' all kinds
of' intoxicating drinks within the above described limits;
