Mr. McCullough from a Select committee, reported favor- ably a lull entitled, an Act to repeal sections 58, 71 and 85, of article 56, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to License, and enacting the following sections in lew thereof; Which was read the first time. Mr. Clift, from a Select committee, reported favorably an additional supplement to an Act entitled, an Act, authorizing the appointment of Commissioners lor the regulation and im- provement of the village of Greensborough in Caroline county, passed January Session, eighteen hundred and twenty-six, chapter ninety-seven; Which was read the first time. On motion of Mr. Lusby, Leave was granted the Baltimore county delegation to re- port a bill to amend chapter 23, passed at January Session, 18 4. The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Baltimore File company; Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Mount Wash- - rig-ton Mining company; Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Joint Stock company of the Mount Washington Female College of the Methodist Episcopal church; Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
