the office of the Register of Wills for Frederick county, pass-
ed by the General Assembly of Maryland, at its January
Session, eighteen hundred and fifty-eight, chapter twenty-
eight;
Which was read the first time.1
Mr. Welkins, from a Select committee, reported favorably,
a bill entitled, an Act authorising the commissioners of Mont-
gomery county, to deed a portion of the Court House Square
in the town of Rockville to Lewis Shots;
Which was read the first time,
Mr. Zeigler from a Select committee, to which was referred.
a bill entitled, an Act to authorize:' the county Commissioners
of Washington county, to subscribe to the Capital Stock of
the Western Maryland Railroad company;
Reported said bill without amendment,
Which was read the second time, and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

The rules were suspended, the bill read the third time, and
