1866.] OF THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES, 61 Mr. Tull moved to suspend the rules to place the bill to incorporate the Baltimore File Company on its second reading; Decided in the negative. The hill entitled, an Act to repeal section 31 to section 40, inclusive, article 6 of the Code of Public General laws, re- lating to apprentices; Was taken up for consideration on its second reading. Mr. Miller, of Anne Arundel county, moved to strike out the enacting clause of the bill, Pending which; On motion of Mr. Agnew, The bill was referred to the committee on the Judiciary. On motion of Mr. Silver, The House adjourned. WEDNESDAY, January 17th, 1866. The House met and was opened with prayer by the Rev. Mr. Hammond.
