kinds of intoxicating drinks within the above described
limits.

Mr. Valliant, from a Select committee, reported favor-
ably a bill entitled, an Act to repeal sections 125, 126, 127,
128 and 129, of Article 20, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
relating to roads in Talbot county, and to enact other sec-
tions in lieu thereof.
Which was read the first time.
Mr. Cronise, from a Select committee, to which was re-
committed a bill entitled, an Act to change the name of
Rose Ann Rodgers, of Washington county, to that of Annie
Ensminger, reported said bill without amendment.
Which was read the second time.
Mr. Miller of Washington county, from a Select committee
reported favorably a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the
Washington county Manufacturing and Improvement Com-
pany.
Which was read the first time.
On motion of Mr. Miller, of Washington county,
The said bill was referred back to the Washington county
delegation.
Mr. Miller of Washington county, from a Select commit-
tee reported favorably a bill entitled, an Act to prevent the
sale of spirituous or fermented liquors on or near the line of
the Washington county Railroad
On motion of Mr. Miller, of Washington county,
The said hill was recommitted to the Washington county
delegation.
Mr. Lee, of Baltimore city, from a Select committee reported
favorably a bill entitled, an Act authorizing the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore to build a new City Hall;

Mr. Miller, of Anne Arundel from a Select committee re-
ported favorably a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate An-
napolis Lodge No. 89 of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons;
