On motion of Mr. Buhrman,
Leave was granted the committee on Corporations to report
a bill so incorporate the Bolivar Union Cornet Band of Fred-
erick county; \
Also, leave was granted the Frederick-county delegation to
report a bill to prevent the sale of intoxicating drinks within
three miles of either of the three churches in Wolfsville, Fred-
crick county, Maryland.
On motion of Mr. Miller, of Washington county,
Leave was granted the Washington county delegation to
report a bill incorporating the Washington county Manu-
facturing and Improvement Company.
On motion of Mr. Mules,
Leave was granted the committee on Corporations to report
a bill to incorporate the Baltimore File Company.
On motion of Mr. Tull,
Leave was granted the committee on Corporations, to re-
port a bill to incorporate the Mount Washington Mining-
company;
Also, leave "was granted the committee on Ways and
Means, to report a bill to amend article 33 of the Code of
Public General Laws, relating to Indigent Blind;

Also, leave was granted the committee on Corporations,
to report a bill to amend the Charter of the Maryland Insti-
tution for the instruction of the Blind, so as to enable said
institution to sell and transfer property.
On motion of Mr. Foster,
Leave was granted the committee on Corporations, to re-
port a 'bill authorizing the Trustees of the M E. Church,
corner of Fayette and Baltimore streets, Baltimore, to sell a
certain lot of ground;
Also, leave was granted the committee on Claims, to report,
a bill to pay Capt. Jesse W. Lee, Jr-, for services rendered
as State Registering officer;
Also, leave was granted the committee on the Judiciary, to
report a bill, entitled, an Act to amend the 31st section of
article 26, of the Public General LAWS entitled, "Corpora-
tions."
On motion of Mr. Darling,
Leave was granted the committee on Corporations, to re-
port a bill to incorporate the Baltimore and Pongoteague
Steamboat company,
