On motion of Mr. Cummings,
Leave was granted the committee on the Judiciary to report
a bill entitled, "an Act to repeal sections sixteen, twenty-one
and twenty-nine, of article seventy-four, of the Public Gene-
ral Laws," and enact others in lieu thereof.
Also, leave was granted the committee on Corporations to
report a bill to incorporate the United States Real Estate,
Mining and Manufacturing Company.
On motion of Mr. Pilkington,
Leave was granted the Committee on the Judiciary to re-
port a bill to amend the Twenty-eight Article of the Code
of Public General Laws, by repealing certain sections and
re-enacting with amendments.
Also, leave to report a bill repealing the second sub-section
of an act passed March 2, 1864, and relating to negro testi-
mony, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Miller, of Washington county,
Leave was granted the Washington county delegation
to report a bill incorporating the Zion's English Evangel-
ical Lutheran Council of Williamsport, Washington county.
Also, leave to report a b 11 to change the name of Rose Ann
Rodgers, of Washington county, to Annie Ensminger.
On motion of Mr. Everheart,
Leave was granted the. Committee on Corporations to
report a bill to incorporate the Farmers' Mutual Fire In-
surance Company of Carroll county.
On motion of Mr. Harris,
Leave was granted the Committee on Corporations to
report a bill to incorporate the Baltimore Warehouse Com-
pany.
On motion of Mr. McCauley,
Leave was granted the Committee on Corporations to re-
port a bill to incorporate the Havre Iron Company.
On motion of Mr. McCauley,
Leave was granted the Committee on the Judiciary to
report a bill to make valid a bequest in the last will and
testament of Emily Galloway, late of Cecil county, deceased,
to the poor of the Disciple's Church in the city of Phila-
delphia.
