Act to provide for the organization and discipline of the Mi-
litia.
Mr. Ohr, from the committee on Internal Improvements,
reported a bill amending the charter of the Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad,
Which was road the first time.
Mr. Frazier, from the committee on Corporations, reported
a bill incorporating a Boom company;
Which was read the first time, and ordered to be printed.
Mr. Frazier, from the committee on Corporations, reported
a bill incorporating the Baltimore county Dairy Associa-
tion;
Which was read the first time; and,
On motion of Mr. Whitney,
Was read the second time, three-fourths concurring; and,
Ordered to be engrossed for a third reading, rend the third
time, by special order, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
