On motion of Mr. Ohr, Leave was granted the committee on Judicial Proceedings to report a bill authorizing the Governor, Comptroller and Treasurer to sell the dividend stock of the State in the Balti- more and Ohio Railroad. On motion of Mr. Ohr, Leave was granted the committee on Colored Population to report a bill to repeal sub-section 2, of the Act of 1864, chapter 109, relating to the competency of witnesses. On motion of Mr. Turner, Leave was granted the committee on Judicial Proceedings to report a bill entitle, and Act to repeal section 181 of the Code of Public General Laws. On motion of Mr. Davis, of Caroline, Leave was granted Messrs. Davis, of Caroline, Turner and McNeal to report a bill to incorporate the Methodist Episco- pal Church in Federalsburg, in Caroline county, Maryland. On motion of Mr. McNeal, Leave was granted Messrs. McNeal, Turner and McMas- ter, to report a bill to increase the per diem of the County Commissioners of Talbot county. On motion of Mr. Eaton, Leave was granted Messrs. Eaton, Turner and Trail to re- port a bill to prevent the wearing of the rebel uniform, or any part thereof, within the State of Maryland. On motion of Mr. Tome, Leave was granted the committee on Judicial Proceedings to report a bill to amend the Act of -18,65, granting boun- ties. On motion of Mr. Stephenson, Leave was granted the committee on Judicial Proceedings to report a bill to repeal section 107 of Article 26 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled, "Corporations," and to re- enact the same with amendments. On motion of Mr. Philpot, Leave was granted the committee on Militia to report a bill to amend an Act, passed March 10, 1864, entitled, an |
