Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading:

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.
The bill repealing sections of Local Law relating to Balti-
more city;
Was read the third time and laid over informally.
The Clerk of the House of Delegates returned the bill sup-
plementary to the Act incorporating the Annapolis Water
Works;
Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."
Also delivered the following message:
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
February 8th, 1866.
Gentlemen of the Senatr:
We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable Body,
to adjourn both Houses of the General Assembly at 12 o'clock
this Thursday night.

Chief Clerk.
