1866.] OF THE SENATE. 261 Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading: Read the third time by special order, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. The bill repealing sections of Local Law relating to Balti- more city; Was read the third time and laid over informally. The Clerk of the House of Delegates returned the bill sup- plementary to the Act incorporating the Annapolis Water Works; Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays." Also delivered the following message: BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES, February 8th, 1866. Gentlemen of the Senatr: We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable Body, to adjourn both Houses of the General Assembly at 12 o'clock this Thursday night. By order, WM. R. COLE, Chief Clerk. Which was read. Also delivered the following bill: A bill entitled, an Act to pay certain members of the com- mittee on Ways and Means; Which was read the first time and referred to the commit- tee on Judicial Proceedings. |
